The Japanese Type 97 Chi-Ha was a medium tank widely used by the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. Initially introduced in 1938, it became Japan's most-produced tank of the war. Early models were armed with a 57mm low-velocity gun, primarily effective against infantry and lightly armored targets. The Chi-Ha had relatively thin armor, up to 25mm thick, which made it vulnerable to anti-tank weapons used by Allied forces. Its top speed was around 24 mph (38 km/h), providing decent mobility for operations across varied terrain. Although it was outclassed by more modern Allied tanks, the Chi-Ha was effective in supporting infantry and in jungle warfare, seeing extensive service throughout the Pacific and Southeast Asia.

Pack contains one model complete with moving turrets.
