Imperator Models - Made to Order Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Imperator Models! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions regarding our Made to Order (MTO) service. By placing an order through this service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Made to Order Process

1.1 All Made to Order models are custom-produced upon request. As such, they are not held in stock and will be manufactured specifically for your order.

1.2 The current estimated production time for MTO models is approximately 10-15 working days from the date of order confirmation. This does not include shipping time, which varies depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

1.3 While we strive to meet the estimated production timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly in the event of any significant delays.

2. Non-Returnable Policy

2.1 Due to the custom nature of our Made to Order service, all MTO models are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective upon receipt and such defects are not covered under Section 4 of this document.

2.2 Please ensure that you review the product descriptions and any associated images carefully before placing your order to ensure it meets your expectations.

3. Model Quality and Characteristics

3.1 All Imperator Models are produced using high-quality 3D printing techniques. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, small defects may occur. These may include but are not limited to:

• Minor support marks.
• Layer lines visible in certain areas.
• Supports that may need removing
• Minor divites

3.2 These minor imperfections are considered normal for 3D printed models and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

3.3 You may need to perform minor clean-up, such as sanding or filing, to prepare your model for painting and assembly.

 

 

4. Defective Items

4.1 If you believe your model has a significant defect that is not covered under Section 3, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. Include detailed photographs and a description of the issue.

4.2 If deemed defective, we may offer a replacement or a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow additional time for delivery after the production period of 10-15 working days.

5.2 You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. Imperator Models is not liable for delays or lost items resulting from incorrect shipping details.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

6.1 Orders for Made to Order models may not be canceled or modified once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

7. Acceptance of Terms

7.1 By placing an order through the Made to Order service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

7.2 Imperator Models reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to future orders.
