Shipping Policy

We offer a standard shipping rate of £4.49 for all orders under £60 and free shipping for all orders over and including £60. 

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however it may take up to 7 working days at busy times. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order. 

All our deliveries must be signed for upon receipt so please make sure someone is in to collect your order. If we are unable to deliver your parcel it may be returned to us, in which case you will be charged £4.49 for re delivery. Please not this also applies to any orders subject to free delivery. 

If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days after receiving the "dispatched" email from Imperator Models, please email us at [email protected]. (Please allow up to 20 days for all non UK orders before contacting us).

Once an order has been signed for we are can no longer investigate lost deliveries.

We only ship to the mainland UK, excluding the Scottish highlands.

Imperator Models – Shipping Terms & Conditions (UK to USA Mainland)

1. Shipping Destinations
Imperator Models currently offers international shipping from the United Kingdom to the mainland United States only. Orders to other regions may be subject to separate terms.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on total parcel weight as follows:

• 0–2 kg: £20.20 plus applicable handling and tariff charges
• 2–5 kg: £45.00 plus applicable handling and tariff charges

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Tariffs, Duties, and Import Fees

Tariff rates and import duties applied to shipments entering the United States are correct at the time of publication to the best of our knowledge. However, these rates are subject to change at any time due to adjustments in international trade regulations, customs policies, or government legislation.

Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or additional handling charges imposed by U.S. customs authorities or courier services upon arrival.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Imperator Models cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred once a shipment has left the United Kingdom. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Customs duties or import taxes
• Brokerage or clearance fees
• Additional carrier handling charges
• Delays caused by customs processing

These charges are outside of our control and must be borne by the recipient.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local postal handling, or unforeseen logistical issues.

6. Customs Compliance
All shipments are declared accurately in accordance with UK export regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. import laws and restrictions relevant to their order.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Imperator Models, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping terms and conditions, including responsibility for any additional costs incurred during international transit.
